3QCD encodes all three quark generations —
(u,d), (c,s),
(t,b) — across a three-layer R-Cube permutation
manifold linked by CKM matrix rotation operators.
The simulation models flavor oscillation via inter-layer Ψ jumps, CP violation through the Kobayashi-Maskawa phase, and mass hierarchy via staggered lattice spacing across generations.
